Human Resource Executive
(Islandwide, $3000, 5 days)
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Manage recruitment needs, development of job descriptions, job postings, and employment documents of all kinds.
- Coordinate performance management system including training, and performance evaluation
- Administer staff benefits/insurance program. Assist employees with benefits issues;
- Provide regular updates on plan features.
- Maintain employee files and records to comply with MOM, Company, and QMS requirements
- Maintain and update Company employee manual.
- Administer web based leave and attendance system and reporting
