Our client, an established and reputable organization, is inviting dynamic individuals to explore the following position:





  • Prepare off-boarding documents
  • WP cancellation, processing of passes and cards
  • Liaise with the Operations and Training Departments on the deployment of manpower, addressing and resolving administrative issues
  • Track and monitor status of various pass applications
  • Ensure proper documentation of forms and contracts before submission for approval
  • Oversee employees through the exit process
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, company and government policies in practice



  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • A team player with positive working attitude
