Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be required to oversee payroll function for the all the business units.
Key focus areas include:
Perform full spectrum of payroll processing
Maintain and upkeep personnel records
Responsible for the full range of processing in work permit administration, insurance, leave administration, accommodation and etc
Source and coordinate training courses
Compile training records and up keeping of training documentation
Conduct first day orientation for new hires
Other HR & Admin related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in HRM / Finance
Min 2-3 years in the payroll function
Knowledge in TimeSoft
Candidates with system implementation / data migration experience will have an added advantage
Priority will be given to candidates with short/immediate notice/ residing in the West
