Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working closely with your fellow HR team mates, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee communication and benefits administration. In addition, you will partner with our business units on all HR matters such as performance management, career development and employee relations. You will also assist in staff events and participate in HR projects from time to time.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Degree with 3 to 4years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably from the F&B, retail or hospitality industry. You should be meticulous, independent and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, youmust be able to work well with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment.
