About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognized UK MNC where they are a market leader in its field of research and consultancy. Known for its talent development and great work culture, they are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to be part of their growing business in Asia.
Reporting directly to the HR Lead for EMEA & APAC, you will work closely with local leadership to translate business strategy into achievable HR objectives, translate resourcing needs into regional recruitment plan and lead execution in a professional, timely and cost-effective fashion. You will design long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are Degree qualified, with at least 10 years post-graduation experience, gained in a multinational environment. You should be a sincere yet dynamic and flexible HR business partner with highly developed interpersonal skills to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
