Title: Immigration & Relocation Documentation Consultant

Specifically, the I&RDC will be:

  • Primary contact to the relocating client in administration of client's visa program.
  • Collection of clients' documents
  • Responsible for communication with clients
  • Research and propose solutions for problem resolution and possible exception processing for relocating clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for maintaining a working file, including but not limited to, documenting client updates, policy exceptions, conversations and transactions.
  • Assist the Relocation Operations team acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide direction and feedback to team members and management.
  • Responsible for communicating potential policy and process changes to I&R Ops Manager and/or Client Services Director to improve client satisfaction.
  • Document and communicate with clients to confirm orders and set clear expectations for service dates and service times. Paying attention to details in pertinent customer information.
  • Build positive relationships with all external and internal contacts
  • Work with the billing department to resolve technical billing issues
  • Other administrative tasks as well as create and update database on CRM system

  • Dealing with compilation of visa applications
  • Research for information regarding immigration
  • Meeting up and liaising with clients to collect documents
  • Other general administrative work
  • Create and update data library


  • Education Requirements
    • Diploma Holder or A-Level graduate or Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Experience Requirements
    • 1 to 2 years of experience
    • New graduate are welcome too (Training will be provided)
  • Skills
    • Excellent spoken & written English communication skills
  • The successful individual will leverage their knowledge and experience to:
