Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales enquires from Corporate customers Via Hotline.
  • Liaise with customers to promote a variety of Telecommunication services, such as mobile services, broadband services and data services.
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • meet monthly sales target (ie. Billable revenue, Contract Value and Line Count)
  • Submit sales orders via in-house systems, such as S.P.E.A.R
  • Involved in internal follow-through to ensure sales orders are completed till the services are activated
  • Help out with product launches and retail promotion events
  • To provide feedback to supervisor for improvement of processes, product, campaigns, promotions
  • Listen, understand and attend to customers' individual needs
  • Ensure no customer complaints pertaining to poor customer management

Requirement:

  • Entry level for fresh Diploma/graduates with related to Telco/IT/Business Disciplines, and/or
  • Min 2 Years of Sales/Customer Service Experience for other qualification holders
  • With sales/cusomter service related experience with other Telco will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in Mandarin and dialect will be an added advantage
  • Good typing skills
  • Pleasant tonality
  • Good Phone Etiquette
  • Good Spoken English, Bilingual
