Responsibilities:
Handle Sales enquires from Corporate customers Via Hotline.
Liaise with customers to promote a variety of Telecommunication services, such as mobile services, broadband services and data services.
Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
meet monthly sales target (ie. Billable revenue, Contract Value and Line Count)
Submit sales orders via in-house systems, such as S.P.E.A.R
Involved in internal follow-through to ensure sales orders are completed till the services are activated
Help out with product launches and retail promotion events
To provide feedback to supervisor for improvement of processes, product, campaigns, promotions
Listen, understand and attend to customers' individual needs
Ensure no customer complaints pertaining to poor customer management
Requirement:
Entry level for fresh Diploma/graduates with related to Telco/IT/Business Disciplines, and/or
Min 2 Years of Sales/Customer Service Experience for other qualification holders
With sales/cusomter service related experience with other Telco will be an added advantage
Fluent in Mandarin and dialect will be an added advantage
Good typing skills
Pleasant tonality
Good Phone Etiquette
Good Spoken English, Bilingual
