Job Descriptions

  • Recruitment & Selection of all positions
  • Staff welfare & wellness programmes
  • Handle employee grievances disciplinary matters
  • Draft & prepare employment letters & all HR related documentation, arrange pre-employment check up & conduct reference checks
  • Conduct orientation for new staff
  • Contract Staff administration
  • Liaise with advertising / employment agencies and other sources for new placements
  • Generate monthly headcount & HR-related reports
  • CPF / IR8A e- submission
  • Identify training needs, source & arrange for training courses / provide logistics support
  • SDF Claim / NS Claim / SRP Claim
  • Insurance administration - Workmen Compensation / Hospitalisation & Surgical / Personal Accident / Term Life
  • Work pass administration - application/ renewal/cancellation
  • Manage employee transfer/Promotion
  • Assist in leave administration
  • Maintain and replenish stationeries, collaterals, pantry supplies
  • Track and submit invoices to Finance department for payment
  • Responsible for all reporting needs and ensure all reports are furnished in high standards


  • GCE O / A levels or Diploma holder
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Team player, self-motivated, analytical and results oriented
  • Experience in human resource and operations support function
  • Preferably possess BCP, PGI and HI certifications
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
