Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for timely processing of applications, within stipulated turnaround time
  • Assist in matching and processing documents received
  • Assist in registration of new proposals received
  • Manage outstanding proposals by sending reminders
  • Responsible for handling emails and ensure queries are responded timely and in accordance to service standards
  • Assist to man telephone hotline by answering and addressing Life Planner's queries promptly
  • Calculate premiums and calculate experience refund
  • Prepare report for pool accounting
  • Issue policy contracts and endorsement


  • Diploma/Degree holders in any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
  • Positive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated and meticulous with ability to work independently
