Provide support to ensure that effective controls are in place across the region and that control risks are appropriately addressed and mitigated
Assist in providing ongoing support to all of the Company's operating businesses ensuring internal control requirements are met in a roactive, timely, high quality manner, and effective controls/processes and financial statement accuracy are maintained
Conduct independent testing to ensure effectiveness of internal controls
Assist and co-ordinate with local management in the identification and remediation of potential gaps in internal controls
Provide project management and business support for various key initiatives that impacts internal processes, policies and controls
Review and evaluate adequacy SOX documentation to ensure internal controls objective are accurately documented
Assist to oversee the adherence to company policies and monitor the key drivers impacting those policies
Work closely with senior management to identify areas of control risk
Render support to Corporate Audit group to define SOX scoping and testing activities
Assist in drive continual improvements in internal controls across the region
Assist to ensure that compliance with FCPA and anti-corruption laws
Ensure compliance to Company's third party management program
Assist in drafting, reviewing and implementing financial policies & procedures
Willing to travel up to 50% in Asia countries and international locations as required
