Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is looking for aIT Executivefor their organization. The candidate is responsible to provide level 1helpdesk support.
- Provide level 1helpdesk support to users
- Manage the network connectivity of the Company
- Resolve application issues such as Windows OS, MS Office and other software
- Perform onsite and remote support
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by system engineer
- Coordinate with vendor for desktop / laptop hardware technical and support issues
- Strong experience with level 1 technical troubleshooting and support
- Strong understanding of Windows Xp
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems remotely
- 1 - 2 years experience in providing level 1 desktop/application support
- Independent, good communication skills and a team player
- Candidate with working experience in System Integrator (SI) company will have added advantage.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
