Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform the following roles and responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting
• Escalate service request and resolve problems for end users
• Provide IT and technical supports to user departments
• Configure PC, handheld devices, printers, etc.
• Network and Wireless LAN troubleshooting
• Plan and perform scheduled systems and network maintenance
• Escalate service request and resolve problems for end users

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience, as network administrator will be an added advantage
• Must be able to speak Mandarin and English (both oral and written)
• Proficient in MS office
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive working attitude
• Strong send of responsibility and commitment to customer service
• MUST COMMIT to 6 months contact
• West in TUAS, Company Transport pick up at 7.30am in Jurong/ Boon Lay MRT
• Singaporeans / PRs only
• Salary offer: S$1600-1800
