Job Descriptions


  • Performing AS/400 and data migration for server upgrade / ERP upgrade in the region
  • Checking and supporting recovery for the ERP system for the region
  • Arranging and performing ERP Training to IT colleagues in the region
  • Performing AS/400 server procurement, vendor management and contract negotiation for the region
  • Assisting AS/400 security control in compliance with security policies
  • Coordinating internally and externally on regional business process enhancement
  • Managing daily backup jobs and performing periodical restoration jobs


  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
  • More than 2 years of experiences in software development
  • Experience in ERP running on IBM AS/400 and/or RPG & CL programming skill will be advantageous
  • Experience in ERP applications in the Manufacturing/Distributions Sector will be advantageous
  • Knowledge on Order Management, Purchase Order, Inventory Control, Production Control & Scheduling is a plus
  • Ability to Travel in APAC and Oceania
  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin for ease of liaising with counterparts in China (Purchase order maybe written in Mandarin)
