Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Provide  first level support to company end users
  • Answering of IT hardware and software related issues.
  • Install/troubleshooting Microsoft office application, setup/troubleshoot PC, notebooks, and printers.
  • Simple network troubleshooting

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma
  • Basic PC/Networking knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • You must be able to speak English and Mandarin as you are expected to support Mandarin/English speaking end users
Other Information:
  • Industry: My client is a IT company and has 2 branches in Singapore. (Bukit Batok and Penjuru Lane)
  • Working Location: 2 posts open: 1) walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT 2) Penjuru Lane
  • No of Working Day: 5 working day
  • Working Hour: Mon – Fri (8am to  5:35pm)
  • Company bus is provided
