The Job:
Promote constitution improvement for Safety, Disaster aspects, based on GMP guideline.
Promote improvement based on standards
Coordinate Safety and Disaster Prevention related meeting
Develop safety and disaster prevention Mid-Term-Plan and policy
Internal safety and disaster prevention audit
Monitor safety and disaster prevention indexes (injury and fire) at plants.
Support and follow plants’ activity when safety and disaster prevention issues occur.
List up improvement safety and disaster prevention items of Quality Management self-assessment and follow them.
Share useful safety and disaster prevention information within plants.
Hold a safety and disaster prevention function meeting.
Some opportunities to assist Environmental activities (data collection etc)
Requirements:
Engineering degree
At least 2 years of relevant experiences in manufacturing plant environment preferred
Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and Japanese language are welcome
Good English and Japanese communication skills (at least JLPT N3 or higher) (reading , writing, speaking, listening) are mandatory
Must be interested in safety
Must be willing to travel to Asian countries (India, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand; 30-40% travel is required)
Good at Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Possess initiatives, logical thinking and good analytical abilities, and able to resolve issues from multiple perspectives
