Job Descriptions


  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to 3 - 4  senior level management staff, including the Head of a Business Division
  • Secretarial support includes scheduling of appointments, co-ordinating meetings and receptions, call and visitor screening, arranging calls and telephone conferences
  • Handle logistics for business travel trips and meetings
  • Organise seminars and large scale business events



  • Degree or diploma holder, with secretarial certifications
  • At least 5 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the banking/financial industry
  • Competent communicator in both spoken and written Japanese, with at least JLPT level 1, or equivalent proficiency in the Japanese language
