Job Descriptions



Handle basic request from end user like
  • Loading toner and paper
  • Clearing paper jam
  • Training user how to use the machine
  • Helping end users on complicated print task
Service Requests (SR) Monitoring
  • Raise SRs to vendor
  • Follow up with vendors and users for SR progress
  • Track progress of SRs and remind users to complete UAT
Service Request Management & Monitoring
  • Manage and monitor all service request and ensure that all logged task are completed within timelines


  • Responsible and a good team player
  • Candidates without working experience & ORD personnel are welcome to apply
  • Only Singaporeans or PRs may apply
