Reporting to the regional IT Manager, this incumbent will be responsible for Helpdesk support to internal users, remote assistance by phone/IM/Skype/email through APJ + direct help to users in Singapore office; software/hardware deployment and management, PC/servers/network maintenanceincluding
Execute Tasks and participate in Projects for APJ region as a part of Global Acronis IT Group
Be a main part of APJ Helpdesk team for internal Acronis users; provide support to local Singapore office users
Provide software installation/configuration/maintenance services
Perform basic hardware/network maintenance and management
Perform management of users in organization via MS Active Directory and emails/lists/mailboxes via MS Exchange 2010
Requirements:
To be successful for this position, you must have
Language: English as main & Chinese to be able to contact users in TW/HK/CN
Education: Diploma or Degree in IT-related qualification with Certificates like MCTS, MCITP, CCNA, etc
Experience: 1 year or more in IT/Helpdesk area
Soft skills: Ability to work/communicate with people to provide quality support
Knowledge: MS Windows systems (workstation/servers) and AD/Exchange
Must be able to start work on August 2012
