Our client, a Well Established MNC in the Logistics Industry is seeking for independent individual to join them.

 Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Manger and oversees the Key Account Department, providing supervisor to a team of shipping officers to ensure an efficient, timely and smooth handling of shipments enquiries.
• You will be accountable for overall cost analysis and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are accomplished and the Company remains effective and competitive.
• Build a strong win-win customer relationship so as to ensure customer relation and development solution to growth existing and new business and to ensure all service performances are met within customer’s requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma and above with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work independently, responsible, meticulous with positive working attitude
• Ability to multi tasking
• Strong leadership skill
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively to all levels include customers
• Ability to work under stressful and fast-paced environment, capable of handling situational problem
• Self motivated and result orientated, energetic and full of drive
