Job Description

The Managed Document Services Lead Consultant (LMDSC) is responsible for his/her assigned services revenue target. The LMDSC is to develop sustained client partnerships and trusted advisor relationships within allocated accounts. The LMDSC will work with client and sales teams to develop and deliver business and technical solutions to client satisfactions, develop and manage client relationships, project plans and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Achievement if allocated services revenue target

  • Work with Analysts to analyse and design a improved business environment for the clients

  • Achieve consistent revenue growth and customer wallet share expansion

  • Determine components and formulating of business proposals

  • High level and technical presentation of proposals to clients with sales team

  • Attending Joint calls with sales team

  • Weekly reviews on revenue, activities, problems, solutions and outstanding issues to Managed Document Services Managers.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

  • Results oriented and highly motivated

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in 6 Sigma problem solving approach

  • Experience in proposal and sales development within a services environment

  • Experience in an Information Technology (IT) service organization in a client facing role with business development as part of the responsibility

  • Experience as an Industry Specialist, Solution architect would be preferred
