• Responsible for the full spectrum of the learning and development functions and training
• Perfrom training advisory and consultancy by applying the right methodologies
• To build strategic network  with external agencies
• Identify market niches, market plans and to formulate new business initiatives
• Develop training proposals for tenders and bids
• Formulate pricing strategies
• Possesses a good understanding of e-learning
• Lead and coach a team of senior executives

Job Benefits


• Bachelor degree in Human resource management , psychology, education with a qualification in DACE and ACTA

• At least 7 years experience in Human resource development / training and development
• Self motivating, energetic and result orientated individual
