You will assist in training needs analysis process, including identifying training needs, recommending training programs, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will need to conduct/facilitate classroom or OJT training; manage orientation for new hires; update employees’ training in the Learning Management System; as well as ensure proper filing of documents such as training attendance and certificates, training manuals and other educational materials. In addition, you will co-ordinate in-house and external training/communication/industrial attachment programs, including processing of training requisitions and grants administration from government-sponsored funding such as SDF, WDA and CITREP.
Diploma in Business, HR, Engineering or related discipline
Preferably 1 year of experience in a Training or Learning & Development role in a GMP environment
Good knowledge and understanding of local HRD practices
Well-organized and meticulous with attention to details
Adaptable team player with initiative and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
