You will be a key member of the HR team and be involved in the development matters of internal stakeholders. The job includes designing, planning, organising and managing the Learning & Development initiatives of the company in order to help retain and develop the company's best employee.

As the Learning & Development Executive, you will be responsible for the staff's development plans throughout their employee life cycles with the company. This will begin with identifying the development needs of the staff, keeping in mind the different stages and levels of the respective employees and how to support them moving forward. You will need to understand the company thoroughly and design learning initiatives for the employees in order to develop them in ways that are aligned to the overall business strategies. You should also be able to come up with clear learning road-maps and KPIs which are measurable and trackable.
