Job Descriptions


  • Manage and able to negotiate all terms and conditions necessary for all existing and new      lease agreement
  • Review contracts, seek solicitor’s input and highlight any deviations or anomalies
  • Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
  • Prepare and/or update reports periodically for submission to the Management
  • Attend to tenancy-related matters
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property agents etc
  • Any other duties assigned



  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management, Business or similar with minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail leasing
  • Excellent negotiation skills and have working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, written and oral communication skills
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, good at multi-tasking, possess a strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Resourceful, meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, driven
  • Good leader and team player, independent and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice
  • Willing to work 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday Off)
