  • 5 days work week/ 9.00am - 6.00pm/ Permanent
  • S$3.5K - S$5.8K (Salary depending on candidate qualifications & experiences
  • Diploma in Paralegal or Equivalent/ Maintains schedules and calendar for Counsel 

Our Client, a global provider of integrated retail software products and professional services for more than 5,600 clients worldwide, and employs more than 1,800 associates operating from 30 offices worldwide, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Legal Assistant (Part-time, 1 year contract/ Perm)


  • Maintains schedules and calendar for Counsel where required, including arranging for meetings  (whether over telephones or in person)
  • Plans and coordinates travel  arrangements, visas and accommodation
  • Tracks and processes  invoices from external legal counsel
  • Tracks expenses from Legal’s  budget
  • Arranges for delivery of confidential documents to internal and external customers, and tracking its status
  • Prepares simple letters or  emails to internal or external clients
  • Prioritises and completes assigned work within allotted time
  • Deals with incoming faxes and post
  • Produces process sheets for Counsel’s review
  • Reviews simple contracts for discussion with Counsel
  • Assisting other members of the Legal Department where need be (should be occasional)
  • Processes minor contract requests such as name changes, assignments, etc
  • Works closely with administrators in China HQ to process customer requests quickly
  • Processes completed contracts for signature




  • Minimum “A” levels/ diploma in Paralegal or equivalent
  • Sound experience providing administrative support; support at the executive level is preferred (Min 3  - 5 years of legal assistant/ secretary experience)
  • Ideally experience in a similar, international environment
  • Highly IT literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word redlining
  • Excellent written and verbal  communication skills
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred
  • Motivated, confident, self-sufficient and able to contribute from day one
  • Focused and determined
  • Well organized and consistently meets commitments
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills
