Job Descriptions

Our Client, an established and well-known developer is seeking for:

  • Reports to the MD
  • Maintains MD's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arranging and coordinating business schedule/itinerary, company events, social functions
  • Handling MD's Travelling arrangements and accommodations
  • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Handling incoming emails, posts, faxes
  • Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences
  • Familiar in handling legal documents, conveyancing
  • Taking Minutes of Meeting
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions; maintaining transcripts; documenting.
  • Involves in company's system implementation and business process improvements
  • Assisting MD in communicating with all departments in achieving company goals
  • Handling any other ad-hoc duties


  • Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field 
  • Familiar in handling legal documents/ conveyancing
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Meticulous and eye for detail
  • Must be a proactive and well-organized person
