Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle a portfolio of principal customers, providing principal care services
  • Attend to principals’ and customers’ complaints and feedback
  • Liaise with customers on their requests and act as key contact point
  • Manage inventory level, stock-out, purchase of stock, and stock expiration
  • Comply with ISO procedures.
  • Ensure proper management and filing of documents
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Must have knowledge in SAP
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin
  • Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
