Job Descriptions

Logistics Executive

  Job Scopes:

  • Support Logistics Manager on systematic documentation process control on Logistics and Store Departments;
  • Assist Logistics Manager to plan logistics schedule to achieve service quality commitment;
  • Monitor logistics work procedure to ensure the company policy has been applied and followed;
  • Liaise with Assistant Operations Manager to arrange warehouse goods unloading manpower arrangement; 
  • Analyse data to monitor procedures and plan improvements and demand;
  • Ensure Health & Safety policy is in place for Store and Logistics Departments;
  • Support  ISO MR on systematic documentation process control on Warehouse;
  • Assist ISO MR on monitoring ISO quality control practice in Logistics & Store Departments and Warehouse;
  • Collect data to drive and lead the IT upgrade in Logistics & Store Departments and Warehouse;
  • Other customer service and logistics ad-hoc matters.



  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in logistics management & delivery route planning;
  • Diploma or above in Logistics/Warehouse Management or related field;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work under stress, tight schedule and handle multi tasks;
  • Good team player and capable to work independently;
  • Computer knowledge on MS Office application;
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English;
