Handle and administer purchase orders in system and solve any discrepancies with the customer and vendors.
Coordinate with sub-contractors on the collection of goods from the vendors and receiving of the cargoes in the warehouse.
Generate on-hand report and advice customers on the current status of goods available in the warehouse and handle instruction given from the customers.
Release cargoes for packing by preparing commercial invoice packaging list, and issue necessary documentation
Book and coordinate freight bookings with nominated sub-contractors.
Generate shipping documents such as bills of lading and airway bills once shipping details such as shipment dates, carrier name, vessel number, estimated time arrival, estimated time departure and freight number is confirmed.
Pre-advice customers or the relevant parties on the arrival of goods with all the necessary shipping documents such as bills of lading, airway bills.
Generate and submit customers’ billings to invoicing department and to produce statistics report to management.
Perform timely and accurate update of information in system as well as providing of regular reports generated out of system.
- GCE O level with minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Projects / Oil & Energy / Sea & Air freight forwarding.
