You will lead a team of multiple outsourced contractors and be responsible and accountable for the day to day operations, maintenance and perimeter housekeeping of site facilities. You will also assist in ensuring the physical security is well-maintained and manage by contracted security agency.
You will provide first line fault diagnostic and recommend immediate corrective action, develop preventive maintenance program and operating procedures for various facilities system and document all incidents
You will also implement utilities recording and maintain O&M manual, drawings, key press, face sheet etc. On a need basic, you will participate in ad-hoc projects and be recalled in emergency situations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services with minimum 3 yrs experience preferably in a large cluster of properties
Only trade related NITEC holders, holding an executive appointment with 8 to 10 years of working experience will also be considered
Candidates with Fire Safety Manager Certificate will have added advantage
Good analytical and problem solving skills, be result-orientated in a fast-paced environment
