You should have a Degree in Building or Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural with at least 6 years of relevant work experience. You should be a strategic thinker who is resourceful, strong in paper work, business minded and possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill. Candidates with previous work experience in construction projects’ management, railway infrastructure maintenance in managing buildings, foundations, bridges, viaducts, tunnels and concrete structures will have an added advantage.
