Location: Prudential Scotts

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the development of competence framework for the Agency force.
  • Train Financial Consultants and Agency Leaders to ensure high levels of competency and professionalism are demonstrated by them
  • Set practice standards that are in line with or exceed regulatory requirements
  • Participate in projects and/or task-teams to improve efficiency and implement regulatory compliance of the advisory sales process


  • Degree holder with CMFAS M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI certifications
  • 4 years of experience in the Insurance/Financial Services industry with exposure to Agency Sales, Training and Sales Advisory
  • Good knowledge of LIA guidelines and MAS notices & guidelines
  • Meticulous and positive working attitude
