FIDReC is an independent and impartial Alternate Dispute Resolution institution. It is the premier institution specialising in the resolution of financial disputes between consumers and financial institutions.

To date, FIDReC has handled, mediated and/or adjudicated more than 8,300 financial disputes between complainants and financial institutions.

More than 470 financial institutions have subscribed to FIDReC and have agreed to submit to the jurisdiction of FIDReC in adjudicating complaints brought against them by consumers.

FIDReC invites suitable candidates to apply for the positions of:-

Manager (Complaints Management)

The Manager will lead and supervise FIDReC’s team of complaints management officers to deal directly with consumers and financial institutions on their disputes over the telephone, email or through face to face interviews. He or she will also address and respond to issues and feedback raised by disputants.

He or she must possess the necessary maturity, aptitude, leadership skills and experience and should have at least 5 years of complaints management or consumer service experience including at least 3 years of experience at the supervisory level.

Growth prospects are good for candidates demonstrating the right aptitude and attitude.

Salaries are negotiable, and would depend on candidates’ qualifications and experience.
