Responsibilities
Collect and analyse industry data on manpower, trends and projection of manpower needs
Conduct research on manpower issues
Support ministry with manpower master planning
Formulate strategy to optimise manpower
Establish and strengthen manpower supply pipelines
Establish partnerships / stakeholder networks to support manpower initiatives
Requirements
General Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge with manpower planning & strategie
Good analytical skill
Ability and keen desire to work with VWOs and members of the public
Good interpersonal and communication skills
