STJOBS - Awarded #1 Recruitment Site in Singapore
To be happy at IKEA, it helps to share some of our values – a commitment to sound environmental practice and the children's right for childhood, for example. But it's just as important that we don't think exactly alike.

IKEA is a business, but that business is run by a group of individuals who aren't afraid to bring a different point of view. We are successful because of our co-workers' diversity. That's been the way since our first original thinker, Ingvar Kamprad, started the company in a small Swedish town in 1943. And it's still the way as IKEA continues to grow around the world.

Location: Singapore (Tampines)

Who are you?

You are meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines, responsible, possess excellent spoken and written English, and with a positive attitude. You enjoy challenges and find satisfaction in doing a job well.

You would also need to work with others as a team, both within the organization (different departments, locally and regionally), as well as liaise with external suppliers/vendors.

You believe in what you do and don’t give up easily.

How is the job?

You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks for the IKEA regional loyalty programmes (both FAMILY and smales), in addition to other ad-hoc tasks. You need to be familiar with the use of Microsoft Office software.
