Our client is a global multinational corporation and the owner of the Titleist, FootJoy and Pinnacle brands. It has unparalleled global reputation as market leader for product quality and customer service within the golf industry. Due to business expansion, it is recruiting a Marketing Communications Specialist, to be based in Singapore.
Your mandate is to drive the full spectrum of marketing communications initiatives for Singapore and Malaysia, so as to increase market penetration and achieve business growth objectives. Working closely with the sales and product marketing teams as well as external partners and stakeholders, core areas of focus include media management, PR and events managements, including social media developments and online communications channels. As a brand ambassador, you shall deliver outstanding service and support to customers and distributors, thus resulting in increased focus on the brands and enlarged market share.
You should be degree qualified with about 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, gained in a dynamic FMCG/consumer goods MNC. Ideally, you have some experience in the golfing or sporting industry. You are a team player with a passion for golf - both the game and the industry, and demonstrate strong leadership potential. Excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to influence and motivate people are to key to your success in this rewarding role. Some travel in the region is to be expected.
