Mechanical & Electrical Manager | Construction Industry | UP TO $8.5K SGD 5000 - 8500 Across Singapore - 088702
Responsibilities:
Be involved in all aspects of M&E Services
Responsible for project implementation, planning and coordinating site activities
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control.
Manage and monitor work-in-progress and ensure smooth implementation of projects, from inception to completion, in accordance with scheduled datelines
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant government authorities
Review and approve permits
Attend and conduct periodic meetings on site coordination and progress matters
Responsible for quality aspects of works, site operation safety and material/plants utilization
Assist in tender preparation
All other M&E matters as and when required
Requirements:
Relevant Degree / Diploma or ITE Certificate
Minimum 3 years of local working experience as contractor or sub-contractor
Preference will be given to engineers who had passed the PEB theory examination
Cantonese speaking preferred to liaise with HK staff and clients
Ability to lead and interact with all levels of staff, clients and subcontractors
Possess strong strive, sound decision making, committed and result-oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills
