Job Descriptions

  • Guiding ecommerce merchants’ retailing process such as shipping, response and stocks issues to improve their level of service quality
  • Taking proactive action against customers’ claim that are in relation with the merchants’ products, shipping process or promotional issues
  • Monitoring of sellers’ daily orders, that comprises from order purchase till to the arrival of parcels
  • Review of customers’ inquiries for deeper understanding of revolving issues or concerning matters that would impact on Qoo10 service level
  • Taking a deeper approach into analyzing the merchants’ business process and provide incremental solutions to increase their current service quality standards
  • Guiding the merchants in the implementation of communication methods for their online retailing business
  • Creatively contributing ideas in improving the current level of Qoo10 service quality standards
  • Input of information into the system for the review of data
  • Specific work tasks could be changed by situations

Job Benefits


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably able to read, write and speak Bahasa Indonesian.
  • 1 Full-time position  available
