Responsibilities:
Responsible for all NPI related matters and act as the interface between EMS partner and the organization
Drive the NPI demand according to the supply chain forecast and communicate it to the organization
Assist in the product pre-production and transfer to the EMS site
Ensure closure of outstanding production issues after NPI/Transfer is complete
Support Quality improvement plan related to process and product design changes
Work with the EMS process engineers to optimize and balance product cost added value
Perform regular audit to warranty good execution of ECO on manufacturing line
Lead trial in Production during NPI transfer
Develop local supplier
Check manufacturing file consistency and application
Complete manufacturing files to support further transfer to the other EMS
Provide weekly & monthly report for line of sight
Requirements:
A good education with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or industrialized production
Project management experience with Asia/China suppliers is highly desirable
A solid understanding of manufacturing cost drivers at PCBA and product level and knowhow of influencing these costs is essential
Willing to be based in Vietnam and travel occasionally
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must be independent yet a great team player
