Job Descriptions

The successful candidate will provide administrative support relating to student admissions, including processing of admissions and study award applications, credit exemption, certification of documents, co-ordination of admissions tests and interviews, and providing advice to applicants. The successful candidate is expected to work well with applicants, students, and academics, and provide prompt and service-oriented responses.



  • Degree or Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and has initiative
  • Resourceful, creative and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and adept at liaising with Mandarin-speaking cohorts
