Job Descriptions

Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will support the overall marketing, advertising and promotional plans as well as recruitment exercises of SIM University by delivering and organising appropriate marketing activities, and providing programme counselling advice to interested applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and participate in maketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, education fair, open house, seminars and talks
  • Answer course enquiries via phone, email, voice-mails and walk-ins
  • Update website with latest activities and ensure accuracy of information

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree with minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in marketing and customer service
  • Proficient Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to be on permanent shift from 10.30am - 7.30pm
  • Pleasant disposition with good customer service skills
  • Enjoys meeting people and organising activities
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, good team player with positive attitude
