Purpose of the position
Deliver financial results in-line with agreed budgets and targets
Key Tasks
Generate profit by scouring and securing new business and achieve targets in line with the sales plan.
Work out GP projection and long/short term action plan to achieve target
Identify sales targets in accordance with the sales plan
Secure Panalpina business by assuring Panalpina reliability and increasing customer satisfaction
Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of customers’ request for quotation and / or request for information.
Work together with O & G operations managers to implement concepts / solutions as proposed and approved by customers; Follow through till project stabilizes before handing over to operations
Build up a strong business relationship with customers and create awareness of Panapina within the customers organization and vice versa
Carry out sales calls, sales visits in accordance with KPI
Execute sales process
Assure successful client integration
Provide client and target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Assist Finance to achieve the desire DSO target
Perform other job duties as requested by the HOD
