Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • To handle office administration and simple finance tasks
  • Opening/ distributing of mails, ordering pantry/ stationary supplies
  • Getting approvals for air-tickets
  • Mailing out sales invoices
  • Making collection calls to customers
  • Cash receipts applications and maintenance
  • Preparing vendor invoices for payment
  • Check online expense claims, ensure clains are in accordance to company policies and accurate
  • Data entry, check payment and ad hoc admin duties

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Administration
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous, mature and responsible
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible working day and hours (to commit 15 hours a week)
  • Working location: Tanjong Pagar  
  • Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 (depend on experience)
  • Able to start work immediately
