Job Descriptions


  • Your role is vital in providing quality and reliable assistance to the policyholders on their enqueries or feedbacks.
  • You are to investigate on cases via different systems sent from various departments.
  • You should be IT savvy to perform UAT to ensure competency of the operation systems in particular new fulfilment kits.
  • You will also be updating the customer service team on the latest information and products available in the Singapore market.
  • You should possess meticulous traits in the creatio nof account (meridian) numbers.
  • You should be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Working in an established global MNC, you may expect valuable regional exposure
