Job Descriptions

  • Lead and manage daily warehouse activities, meet KPI and on time delivery from replenish/put-way/ picking/check batch code/ packing
  • Order preparation and fulfillment (replenish/pick/pack)
  • Coordinate with various shipping and warehouse operations to support timely delivery of shipments to customers.
  • Monitor and generate status reports
  • Ensure cleanliness within the warehouse, correct and proper storage of stocks on pallet racking, the safety of goods in storage and accuracy of storage locations
  • Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment or supplies
  • To be actively engaged in the monitoring of discipline and conduct all warehouse staff


  • Min. diploma or degree holder with at least 5 - 6 years experience in warehouse supervisory roles
  • Proficient in Ms Office, especially excel (V lookup, Pivot table, functions, etc) and SAP WMS
  • Hands on person who can handle and operate MHE with a “ can do†attitude
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and customer oriented
  • Posses excellent leadership ,problem solving and management skills
  • Able to perform effectively and independently in high pressure and fast paced working environment
  • Enjoy being a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Other informations:

  • 5 days workweek
  • 8:00am to 5:15pm
