Job Descriptions


  • Ensure all documentation is properly updated
  • Responsible for outlet’s hygiene and cleanliness
  • Ensure all monthly rental are collected within given deadline
  • Ensure all workers follow safe work procedures
  • Handling issues pertaining to NEA, MOE, MOM, Town Council and etc
  • Solving of existing tenants requests and problems
  • Responsible for application and collection of Environmental licenses, tobacco license and liquor license
  • Collecting of daily sales report (including Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Shift work is required


  • Min. with ‘N’ / ‘O’ levels or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in F&B industry
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) need apply.
