Job Descriptions

  • Manage shipments from pre-order receipt, planning and event management (including planning and consolidation)
  • Supervise 7-10 Operations Executives and aim to achieve smooth flow of international shipments per customer requirements
  • Manage the information and data flow between client and company, addressing and resolving data quality issues
  • Act as the interface between supply base and client, managing and processing data input from all global suppliers and logistics service providers
  • Ensure efficient delivery and matching of key performance indicator per customer requirements
  • Compile and present metrics for each key performance indicator as per customer agreement
  • Validate documents required for international shipments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure timelines are met with supplier / customer to enable automated system to process data successfully
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders / shipments by scheduling transport against lowest costs, compared to the required service (through Transport Management System).
  • Able to resolve carrier / forwarder problems with regard to pick-up, transport and delivery together with customer service team
  • Complete all tasks / documentations to ensure compliance with SOPs / Work Instructions as setup by the Business Manager as well as to adhere to company’s quality assurance standards
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for business reviews with customers, suppliers and carriers


  • Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
  • Experience in logistics/forwarding industries, with minimum 2 years of Supervisory / Team Lead experience
  • Knowledge of international freight business, Singapore Exports and Imports procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently and proactively
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Visio and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Transport Management System

  • Mon - Thu : 8.30am - 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
