Responsibilities:
Execute activities on Order Management Processes and Requirements; perform order capture and fulfillment processes and processing requirements.
Handle maintenance of core processes related to Order to Cash management and work-flow.
Handle Product and Inventory Management and negotiation with key external supplier(s).
Assist in New Product Roll-out Management; BOM Management, Pre and Post-press activities.
Work with Oracle team to define and implement systems and tools to enable efficient and scalable processes.
Monitor the OM System performance to ensure that it is running properly and does not interrupt order processing activities or lead time.
Backup on order processing & fulfillment if any of the order entry person is absent from work.
Work closely with Red Hat appointed supplier to ensure order being fulfilled correctly and on timely basis.
Demonstrate commitment to ensure every Order Processing and Fulfillment standard being maintained all the time.
Effectively manage the Order Entry team activities.
Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Work with little instructions on day-to-day work, achieve results when presented with only general instructions on new assignments.
Maintain a high level of working attitude and behavior; be a good example to the team member.
Producing high quality & accuracy work and reporting; leave no room for mistake.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experiences or diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment & logistics related industry.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to foster cooperative work environment.
Ability to analyze, make administrative or procedural decision & judgment and solve problems.
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
