Responsibilities:
To carry out project installation, commissioning and training
To perform front-line hardware and software customer service support
Must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and Public Holidays
Requirements:
Educational Level: ITE / Diploma in IT related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in technical service field environment.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Relevant experience is an advantage
Physical work is required
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking clients
Nationality: Singaporeans / Singapore PRs / Malaysians are welcome to apply
