Job Descriptions

  • Overall in charge of quality, service, cleanliness of the outlet
  • Develop company’s goals and objectives and work closely with the team to achieve result
  • Provide enthusiastic and friendly service and develop relationship with customers
  • Work closely with the team to monitor and improve sales of outlet
  • Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areas for action
  • Provide on-the-job training for operations and service staff emphasizing on good service
  • and daily operations procedures
  • Give feedback to staff on performance
  • Efficiently manage and plan manpower requirement including recruitment, retention,
  • schedules, deployment, coordinating with external contractors etc


  • Min 2-3 years relevant experience in F&B industry
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
  • Able to perform shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Basic IT knowledge (email, MS Word and MS Excel)
  • A team player with strong communication, meticulous and management skills
  • Decisive and able to resolve problems effectively
  • Singaporeans / SPRs / DP holders are welcome

About This Company

Shin Group is the holding company for a family of F&B concepts that feature mid-range Japanese dining, high-end Japanese Sushi, an Asian Contemporary Bistro and an Italian Café. The first concept was Shin Kushiya – Signature Kushiyaki Skewers, which was established in 2006 and started out with the Kushiyaki dining concept where quality, affordability and accessibility come in line with a contemporary setting and relaxed ambience. Over the years, the Group ventured other Japanese concepts with the aim to provide customers the authentic Japanese dining experience and sharing the art of the Japanese cuisine. Kiraku, our fine-dining concept delivers an authentic Japanese sushi dining experience through its simple philosophy on fresh ingredients and uncompromising quality of the food.
The Group added two new concepts in July 2012, Café Crema and VERANDAH. Both concepts are located at the Singapore latest attraction – Gardens by the Bay. Café Crema offers handcrafted coffee and sandwiches, whilst VERANDAH is a colonial bungalow inspired bistro which offers Asian heritage dishes and Western selections.
